The two-day course ”Basic PUR Wetside Training” in the KraussMaffei TechCenter in Munich will facilitate for employees in PUR processing the efficient operation of reaction machinery, and thus create the basis for the company's success. Experienced technical experts will present the components and configuration of a machine to the participants, explain operating routines and simple maintenance work, and give tips on handling problem cases. The courses will provide five to eight participants with plenty of practical opportunities to familiarize themselves with the most important tasks on the machines in the TechCenter. The aim is to optimally use the potential of the systems for efficient production and to avoid service assignments for routine work.
Perfecting pultrusion practically
Pultrusion technology from KraussMaffei is conquering the market. However, experienced operators for the new high-performance systems are in demand. Newcomers and staff from other fields are therefore often employed to operate the machines. Well-founded training of the staff is thus the basis for the economically successful operation of the machines and systems.
Efficiency and optimized processes
At the KraussMaffei TechCenter in Munich, you can now gain practical experience on a complete pultrusion production line. Two three-day newly designed practical training courses on profile pultrusion and rebar pultrusion are on offer. The training courses not only teach the technical basics for new pultruders, but also address the prerequisites for efficient machine start-up and approaches for process optimization during operation of the line. The training thus makes a significant contribution to ensuring that the investment in a new line pays off from day one.
