Corona-related closure completed
Good news for KraussMaffei clients: From Monday, 20 April 2020, coronavirus-related closures at the company's German and Slovakian sites will end.
KraussMaffei’s staff are going to take up work again, step by step and in compliance with the strictest hygiene standards. There may still be operational restrictions to the assembling and commissioning of machinery – due to the ongoing legal limitations of movement and travel. Over the next few days, each of our customers will receive detailed information on the progress of projects and machine deployment from their respective sales managers or project managers. We would also like to encourage customers to contact the company electronically wherever possible in order to keep communication quick and efficient. We would like to thank all our clients for their loyalty and look forward to work successfully with them in the future.

You urgently need service for your machines. In times of Corona, KraussMaffei has launched a new Remote Service. With smartAssist, our experts can support your staff simply by using a smartphone at the touch of a button. This service is free of charge until the end of June 2020.
