Save money and CO2
For a door trim strip with a shot weight of 355 g, for example, this avoids around 41 t of rejects per year. This corresponds to savings of around 166,000 euros in material, manufacturing and disposal costs, while at the same time ColorForm increases output and thus the company's profit. ColorForm technology also enables savings in terms of the CO2 footprint. For example, the CO2 footprint for annual production shrinks by 188 metric tons of CO2 that would otherwise be produced during the manufacture and thermal recycling of the scrap parts.
