Faster delivery from now on of ZE screw elements

Standard screw elements now available within 10-12 weeks
KraussMaffei has realigned itself in line with global market requirements and customer expectations, investing several million euros in expanding its production capacity and building up inventories. This also serves our top priority of ensuring that customers can continue to produce quickly if necessary, thus avoiding long downtimes.
Shorter delivery time for higher availability
As a result of this strategy, our customers can now be- nefit from substantially reduced delivery times for about 90% of our screw element portfolio for the ZE-UT, ZE-UTX and ZE BluePower twin-screw extruder series. The previous lead time of 16-18 weeks for Z9, Z10, Z44 and Z55 materials will be reduced with immediate effect. From now on, the delivery time for all standard screw elements is 10-12 weeks and has thus been shortened by over 30 percent. In addition, we have extended our inventory of off-the-shelf parts, so that customers will also benefit from a substantially higher percentage of instantly available screw elements.
