Martina Dähn started her career at KraussMaffei almost one year ago on April 1st 2022. She´s responsible for the global Talent Management in the HR department. In this function she sets up global processes and tools which are relevant for core elements of the employee lifecycle and which can support KM employees to further grow and develop.

What does International Women's Day mean to you?

International Women’s Day is a very good opportunity to raise the voice for all women around the globe – notwithstanding age, cultural background, religion, age, profession. We all count!

Who has been the woman who has inspired you the most and why?
Martina Dähn
Every woman who must fight for a self-determined and free life is an inspiration. There are still too many women who need to do that!

How do you balance your work life with your personal passions?
Martina Dähn
Ideally, work life is also a personal passion. Beside this, I find my balance in sports and travelling.
